the staff were friendly i received prompt assistance with extra towels. the air conditioning worked wonders during warm evenings and the television offered nice entertainment. i found the bed to be quite comfortable and the shower provided a decent wash.
the parking spaces outside the hotel are somewhat limited so arriving early is a definite advantage to secure a spot

The staff were happy polite and helpful. it. i found tina on reception great. She changed my room because i had mistakenly booked on the first floor and she arranged for me to be on the fourth floor.
The air condition did not function properly by cooling the room. the laundry service employee saw us going toward the lift. She did not acknowledge us. she quickly pulled the trolley into the lift, poor customer service.

Ann, the French staff member, was especially accommodating! she facilitated a room change and provided an extra duvet. the hotel provided complimentary hot drinks between 6am and 10am. This was a welcome perk. free parking ON site added SIGNIFICANT value.
I found that the hotel lacks tea making facilities in the rooms. the absence of THIS amenity seemed a bit austere.

The front desk staff were notably helpful. Tina specifically remembered my name and was quite friendly . The shower offered a good flow rate and consistent temperature. I appreciated the ample room to move about. I was happy the room was clean, tidy, and felt fresh.

The location is convenient to the ferry terminals and includes accessible car parking (this was really useful). The reception staff were helpful providing directions and information.
